About WorkStride

WorkStride helps companies recognize, motivate, and develop their talent through configurable software, modern rewards experiences, and strategic program design. Our software is a tool that companies can use to help engage employees through recognition and improve sales performance through incentives. But we do more than build software—we work with you every step of the way to build, manage, and communicate your program in order to get results.

WorkStride was formerly known as CorporateRewards and we have been in business since 1999. We have built recognition and incentive programs for hundreds of clients, from the Fortune 1000 to companies with just 1,000 employees.

Our office is located in the heart of New York City on the 39th floor of the Empire State Building, and we are owned by The Riverside Company, a global private equity firm.

We have chosen to build a culture that we can be proud to share with our employees and clients. Our own employees developed these guiding principles that we live and work by every day:

three people hiking sillhouette

Set high standards

red star stamp

Delight the customer

rowers rowing together

Help each other to be great

lady raising hand to ask question

Be accountable for yourself and your actions

man and woman smiling at each other

Be empathetic

women smilling and talking

Create and uphold a culture of recognition

Why Work with WorkStride?

We developed the WorkStride platform based on years of experience building custom recognition and incentive programs for a variety of companies across many industry verticals. Our early success was based on our strength in building complex custom websites that met our clients’ specific needs.

We held on to this flexibility as a priority in building the WorkStride platform, including the ability to combine recognition and incentives seamlessly. Our developers sit in our home office and communicate directly with our client services and customer service teams so we can ensure that every website functions exactly the way our clients and users need it to.

business people sitting and smilling

There are a lot of software companies out there that can build you a website that looks great and has some cool features. What they don’t do is provide you with true program management that comes from years of experience building successful recognition and incentive programs. When you start a program with WorkStride, our team becomes an extension of your team. We’ll tell you what has worked for other clients, what hasn’t, and monitor your program to ensure that you’re getting the best return.

We do not manufacture jewelry or have a warehouse of items to sell. We don’t use random point values or hide our fees in markups. If you use our standard gift card mall, the retailers pay our commissions because of the volume we are able to purchase, so that means that your rewards spend goes where it should—to your employees. It also means we are open to adding any rewards to your program that will best motivate your participants, even if that means just giving out cash!
