Cleveland Clinic Wins Best Recognition Program at 2015 RPI Conference
We are excited to announce that our client, Cleveland Clinic, has won Recognition Professionals International’s (RPI) “Best Overall Recognition Program” award for 2015! The award was presented to Matthew Majernik, Executive Director of Total Rewards, Workforce Planning & HRIS Human Resources, at RPI’s 2015 annual conference in Las Vegas last week.
WorkStride and our partner agency Incentra have been working with Cleveland Clinic since 2011 when they contracted us to build the Caregiver Celebrations recognition program. Caregiver Celebrations allows employees of the hospital to be recognized and rewarded by peers, managers, and patients for exemplifying core values such as teamwork, service, and quality. The program has been featured in publications such as The Gallup Business Journal, Harvard Business Review, and Journal of Healthcare Leadership for its effect on increasing engagement and motivation among employees.
Each year, RPI selects one recognition program for the “Best Overall Recognition Program” award based on their seven best-practice standards:
