Brian Dodds has been named CorporateRewards VP of Channel Sales

CorporateRewards has announced that Brian Dodds has been named Vice President of Channel Sales. In this role, he will lead CorporateRewards’ team of re-sellers around the country in selling the company’s employee performance software solutions.

Prior to joining CorporateRewards, Brian served as Vice President of Solution Design for Symbolist, a CorporateRewards channel partner. During his tenure at Symbolist, he attained the HRO Baker’s Dozen Top Providers list four years in a row and grew a multi-million dollar client portfolio that included five of the Fortune 100.

Brian currently serves as the President of Recognition Professionals International. He is a Certified Recognition Professional, past Director of Education, CRP facilitator, and winner of the 2012 Harkins-Howell Education Award.

CorporateRewards offers disruptive technology in employee performance software, sales incentives and motivation, using technology and consultative services to positively change behavior in the workplace. Their employee recognition and performance software provides an interactive platform to recognize good work, reinforce company culture, increase sales and foster learning.

“Brian brings years of experience in the recognition and incentive industry along with a phenomenal understanding of what it takes to be successful in re-selling our services to end users,” said CorporateRewards Executive Vice President Tom Silk. “He’s already been in our re-seller’s shoes for more than ten years; now that first-hand knowledge leaves him uniquely qualified to coach others.”
