WorkStride Wins Stevie® Awards For Incentive, Rewards, and Recognition Provider Of The Year And Most Valuable Covid-19 Response

[NEW YORK] – WorkStride, a leading provider of employee recognition and channel performance solutions, was presented with two prestigious 2022 Stevie® Awards in the 16th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

The wins include a Gold award for Most Valuable Response by a Sales Team alongside client JELD-WEN, as well as a Bronze award for Incentive, Rewards, and Recognition Provider of the Year.

The Gold Stevie® Award in the Most Valuable Response by a Sales Team category acknowledges the COVID-19 response facilitated by WorkStride’s partnership with JELD-WEN, one of the world’s largest global manufacturers of doors and windows,

The Most Valuable Response by a Sales Team win recognized the success of JELD-WEN, with the help of WorkStride, in quickly pivoting their dealer strategy to a compelling training incentive program during the dealer downtime of COVID-19. This helped put JELD-WEN dealers to work with sharpening their skills on training while earning monetary rewards for participating. “The pandemic necessitated moving all training and education online, which resulted in 19.6% growth in program enrollment and participation,” according to the award submission by JELD-WEN.

The Incentive, Rewards, and Recognition Provider of the Year win acknowledged the notable achievements by WorkStride including client growth, technological innovation, culture, and customer satisfaction increases measured by NPS and CSAT.

Winners will be recognized during a virtual awards ceremony on May 11.

More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes across industries and in 51 nations were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide on eight specialized judging committees.
